By accessing or using the services provided by Budapest Flower Festival through budapestflowerfest.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Budapest Flower Festival provides a software platform accessible via web browser. The specific features, capabilities, and limitations of the Service may change over time as we develop and improve the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

By subscribing, you agree to: - Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected - Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date - Price changes: we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal - Taxes: prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation: - Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period - You retain access to paid features until the period ends - No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods Refunds are issued only in cases of critical, persistent, and unresolvable technical failure that prevents you from using the Service entirely. You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights - Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems - Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission - Impersonate another person or entity - Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) - Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Our IP: the Service, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Budapest Flower Festival and protected by intellectual property laws. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDAPEST FLOWER FESTIVAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budapest Flower Festival, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination: - Your right to access the Service ceases immediately - We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (see Privacy Policy) - Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification) continue to apply You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@budapestflowerfest.com or through account settings.
